EICRs, periodic inspection, emergency lighting testing and remedial works that keep commercial buildings safe and compliant, with clear reports anyone can follow.

Building owners and employers have a duty to keep their buildings safe, and that means having the paperwork to prove it. We carry out the inspections and tests your building needs, explain what we find in plain English, then put right anything that needs fixing.
Facilities managers, landlords, managing agents and business owners who need to show insurers, auditors or tenants that their building is safe and up to date.
Our reports are coded by urgency and written for people who aren't electricians. Because we also cover repairs, fire safety and installation work, we can fix what we find without you needing another contractor.
How often does a commercial building need an EICR?
The usual guidance for most commercial premises is every five years, or sooner where the report recommends it or the building has a higher-risk use.
Will testing mean switching the power off?
Some circuits need to be isolated for testing. We plan this with you in advance and can work out of hours to avoid disruption.
